Coming June 2025
Sometimes, your creative needs slow down, but that doesn't mean you want to lose access to your design files or key tools. That's where our Platform-Only subscriptions come in.
Plan ahead by creating new design requests and saving them as drafts for future use. With a platform-only subscription, you can plan, collaborate, share, ideate, and more.
When you need to pause or remove your creative services, you can keep connected by staying on our Platform plans. This will allow you to fully access your account and files while creative work is turned off.
We offer two platform options: Base and Pro. See the chart below for a detailed comparison.

Note: Some functionality requires an active creative services subscription
Starting June 2, 2025, you can switch to a Platform-Only subscription by removing your Creative Services plan in your Company Settings.
Note: If you have a Professional Services subscription, it will also be canceled when you cancel Creative Services.
Here’s the pricing for both Base and Pro Platform subscriptions. You can choose from three billing options: monthly, quarterly, or annually. See the table below for details.
Billing Term | Base Platform | Pro Platform |
Monthly | $119 | $299 |
Quarterly | $327 (save $28 per quarter) | $837 (save $60 per quarter) |
Anually | $1,068 (save $360 per year) | $2,748 (save $840 per year) |
When you unsubscribe from creative services:
Any On Deck or In Progress requests (e.g. Preview, For Review, Quality Review) will be moved to the Archived tab as canceled requests. If you reactivate creative services, they’ll automatically return to Drafts.
You won’t be able to submit new requests or change the status of existing ones.
API & Zapier functionality will be limited, as certain actions—like submitting requests—require an active creative subscription.
You’ll still have full access to your files, account features (based on your platform tier), and the ability to create and save draft requests.
Which Platform Subscription Should I Subscribe To?
Most users find the Base Platform plan has everything they need, while others may benefit from the added features in the Pro Platform. Check out the table below to see which option best fits your needs.
When will the subscription switch to the platform plans if I cancel my creative services?
This will go into effect at the end of your creative services subscription period.
Can I switch to the platform plans in the middle of my creative services subscription?
Your creative service subscription cannot be paused in the middle of its period and will only end when the term ends.
If you have a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan, your creative subscription can be changed after your month, quarter, or year of subscription ends (respectively).
What happened to the On Hold subscription?
On Hold subscriptions will sunset in June 2025. Starting June 2, 2025, all existing On Hold subscriptions will automatically transition to the Base Platform subscription upon renewal.
I have missing requests, where are they?
These are likely your On Deck requests that have not yet made progress or were not completed. These requests get moved to the Archived tab as canceled requests, and when you reactivate, they will turn into drafts and can be found in your Drafts tab.
