Finding Your Design Requests
The easiest way to find design requests is to use the search feature within the Design Pickle Platform. As long as you have an active account, you can look for requests in any state: active, draft, or archived.
Step 1
Log in to your Design Pickle account.
Step 2
Use our search feature to filter and find specific requests or tags. You can find them in 2 places:
Ways To Search & Filter
Typing your search word and hitting enter in the search field will bring you to the Search Page, which will show you all the search and filter options available.
Different ways you can search for your requests:
Title or ticket ID | You can find requests by searching for their title or name, or by using keywords from directions, annotations, or asset names within the request. |
Tag | You can also search for your requests by their tags and manage them on the search results page.

Status | Filter by your request's status. |
Request type | Filter by your request's type. |
Brand | Filter requests that use specific brand guides from your brand profile(s). |
Section | Filter your search results based on whether they are in the Active, Draft, or Archived section. |
Created by | If you have multiple users in your account, you can click the 'Created by' drop-down menu to filter the requests by each user.

Projects | Find your projects quickly and easily. |
Last Updated | You can filter by the date the request was last updated. It could be by day, month, or year.

Queue/Search Headers | Clicking on the column titles at the top of your queue/search results will filter by the option you choose. (Your queue will have 'sort order by priority' as the default.)

How To Save Your Search Filters
Save your search & filter settings, including both your search terms and any filters you've applied!
Step 1
Use the global header's search field, input your search keyword(s), and hit enter on your keyboard.
The global header's Search field can be found at the very top of the platform's screen.
Step 2
You will be brought to a new page with your initial search results.
You can add additional search criteria using the filter options to refine your search.
Click "Save search" to store your search settings.
Step 3
To view your saved searches, click on 'View Saved Searches' at the top right corner of the screen.

Why can't I move or prioritize my requests from the search page?
Currently, requests can only be shifted in the request queue to ensure accurate prioritization and avoid any mistakes.
