Organize your design requests with our new tag feature, which neatly categorizes your requests and makes them easier to find and manage. You can add tags to your requests in one of three ways:
When creating a new design request
Within your request queue
When submitting a design revision

Note: Tags are not visible to your designer and serve solely as an organizational tool. Tagging a request as "Urgent" will not impact its position in the request queue.
Here are the actions that can be performed for each user, depending on their role within the account:

1. New Design Request
Head over to the Tags section in the header and click on the drop-down menu.
Type in the name of the new tag you'd like to add to your request.
If the tag does not exist you will see an option to 'Create new tag'. Click on it to select this option.
You may also select an existing tag to add to your request.
Note: You can add multiple tags to any request!
2. Request Queue
In your Request Queue, locate the request you’d like to add a tag to
Click on ‘Add tag(s)’
Type in the name of your new tag.
If the tag does not exist you will see an option to 'Create new tag'. Click on it to select this option.
Your tag will be created
Click on ‘Add tag(s)’ again, then click the checkbox of your new tag to select it
Click anywhere outside of the Tag window, and you will see that your tag has been added to your request.
3. Revision
Go to the request you’d like to revise
Then, you may either:
Find the Tags section and click on +Add Tag(s)
Type the title of your tag and click on ‘Create new tag’
Your tag will be created
Click on ‘Add tag(s)’ again, then click the checkbox of your new tag to select it
Click anywhere outside of the Tag window, and you will see that your tag has been added to your request.
1. New Design Request
Simply click on the pencil icon beside your newly created or existing tag.
Click the pencil icon again once the tag window comes up.
You will be able to edit your tag’s name in the next window.
Don’t forget to click the Save button to save your changes!
2. Request Queue
On the design request you'd like to edit, select the pencil icon beside the tag
Click the pencil icon again once the tag window comes up.
You will be able to edit your tag’s name in the next window.
Click the Save button to save your changes.
3. Revision
Go to the request you’d like to revise
Then, you may either:
Find the Tags section and click on the pencil icon beside the tag you’d like to edit
Type your revised tag name, then click the Save button
5. Your tag will be saved!
1. New Design Request
Head to the Tags section in the request form of your new design request
Click on the dropdown, then click the pencil icon beside the tag’s name
Then, click on 'Delete tag'
2. Request Queue
On the design request you'd like to edit, select the pencil icon beside the tag
Click the pencil icon again once the tag window comes up
Then, click on 'Delete tag'
3. Revision
Go to the request you’d like to revise
Then, you may either:
Find the Tags section and click on the pencil icon beside the tag you’d like to delete
Click the Delete Tag button.
You can filter your requests based on your tags.
Simply select the Tag drop-down menu from your request queue to find and select your tag.
Can I tag an existing request?
Absolutely! You can add or remove tags from requests at any time, even after they’ve been submitted.
Is there a character limit for tags?
Yes, tags have a limit of 256 characters and cannot include spaces.
Is there a limit to the number of tags I can create?
No! There are no limits on the number of tags you can create.
How many tags can I have per request?
Feel free to add as many tags as you'd like to each request!
