How To Change Your Subscription Settings

How to upgrade, downgrade, add, remove, or make any other adjustments to your subscriptions

You can easily change your subscription plans by logging into the Design Pickle Platform (DPP) and going to your Company Settings (under Settings).

Note: You must be your account's admin to make subscription changes.

Step 1

Go to Company Settings and head to the Plans section.

From there, you'll be able to adjust your subscriptions.

Step 2

Click on Manage to edit your existing subscription(s), or Subscribe to add a new subscription.

Step 3

A popup will appear with a few options to choose from:

You can select from any of these options:

  • Change your subscription type*

  • Change your billing duration

  • Change your number of subscriptions

*โ—๏ธ Important Note:

  • Graphics plans cannot mix with any other plan type

  • Pro and Premium plans can be mixed, but cannot be mixed with Graphics

Step 4

You'll see the amount you'll be charged based on your chosen options.

If this is all good, click the tickbox once you've read the terms of the subscription changes, and then click on the Save Changes button to save your changes.

Take Note:

  1. You will get immediately charged for any new/additional services.

  2. Your new subscription(s) may not go into effect immediately, as it takes about 1-2 business days for your subscription to be assigned to a new designer or to check if your current designer has enough capacity to handle an additional subscription.

  3. If you remove or reduce your subscriptions (quantity or billing duration), these changes will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period.

    • If you have multiple subscriptions with different billing dates, the new billing date will be set to the earliest renewal date among the subscriptions.
