Change Your Subscription Settings
You can easily change your subscription plans by logging into the Design Pickle Platform (DPP) and going to your Billing Settings. You must be your account's admin to make subscription changes.
Note for legacy subscribers: If you're unable to make changes to your subscriptions, please reach out to our Support Team for assistance.
STEPS
Step 1
On the left side of the screen, click on Settings.
Then, click on Billing.
Step 2
Click on Manage subscription.
Step 3
A pop-up will appear with a few options to choose from.
You can select from any of these options:
Change your billing term (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually)
Change your Platform subscription (Base or Pro)
Change your subscription hours (minimum 2 hours)
Step 4
You will see the amount you'll be charged based on your chosen options.
If this is all good, click the tickbox once you've read the terms of the subscription changes, and then click on the Confirm Changes button to apply your changes.
Take Note
You will immediately be charged for any subscription upgrades.
βUpgrades may take 1β2 business days to take effect, as our production team needs time to assign new resources to your account or to ensure your current design team has the capacity to support the added hours.
βIf you remove or reduce your subscriptions (hours/plans or billing duration), these changes will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
If you have multiple subscriptions with different billing dates, the new billing date will be set to the earliest renewal date among the subscriptions.
FAQ
Q: I HAVE A LEGACY PLAN. HOW CAN I ADJUST MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Legacy (Graphics, Pro, Premium) plans cannot mix with current hourly plans. To adjust your subscriptions, please contact our Support Team.
