How to Change your Subscription Settings

How to upgrade, downgrade, add, remove, or make any other adjustments to your subscriptions

You can easily make changes to your subscription plans by logging into the Design Pickle Platform (DPP) and going to your Company Profile (under Settings).

Step 1

Scroll down to the Plans section and go to the Subscription Plan you want to edit

Step 2

Click on Manage, to edit your existing subscription(s)

Step 3

A popup will appear with a few options to choose from

You can select from any of these options:

  • Change your subscription type

  • Change your billing duration

  • Change your number of subscriptions

Step 4

You'll see the amount you'll be charged based on the options you choose.

If this is all good, click the tickbox once you've read the terms of the subscription changes, and then click on the Save Changes button to save your changes.

Note: You will get immediately charged for any new services added

Your new subscription may not go into effect immediately, as it takes about 1-2 business days for your subscription to be assigned to a new designer, or to check if your current designer has enough capacity to handle an additional subscription.
