Why Use Projects?

Projects let you group multiple requests under a single initiative, helping you maintain consistency and stay organized. With Projects, you can:

Keep related requests together in one place.
Maintain brand consistency with inherited brand profiles and tags.
Easily track progress across multiple design efforts.

Whether you’re launching a campaign, creating event collateral, or managing a long-term project, this feature keeps everything organized and easy to find.

How To Use Projects

Click the “+ Create” button on the upper left side of the platform
Select the Projects tab
Choose a project type that fits your goal
Click “Create Project”

Your Project Options

Whether you're starting with a predefined project or building your own from scratch, the Projects feature ensures your work is organized, consistent, and aligned with your vision.

Default Projects
Pre-built projects with curated request types for common goals like presentations, email campaigns, or event materials.
Blank Project
Build your own custom project by selecting the exact request types you need.

Choose Requests – Select from predefined request types available in your subscription plan – such as graphic design, custom illustrations, presentation design, GIFs, etc.

💡 Pro Tip! Default Projects save time by providing a structured approach, while Blank Projects give you full control over customization.

Add A Description To Your Project

Open your project, go to the Description section, and click the pencil icon on the right to add or edit your project description.

Adding Requests To Your Project

Open your project and go to the Requests & Tasks section.
Click the plus icon on the right side of the section to add requests. If your project doesn’t have any requests yet, you can also click the Add request(s) button.
You'll have two options:
- Add existing requests
  - Select one or multiple requests at the same time.
- Create new requests
  - Add one or multiple new requests at once. Newly created requests will be saved as drafts, and you’ll need to open each one individually to finalize the details and submit them to your designer.
Once added, you can reorder requests anytime by dragging and dropping them alongside tasks.

Adding Tasks To Your Project

Note: Tasks are only visible to you and your team. They act as an internal to-do list to help you stay organized, but your design team will not see them.

Open your project and go to the Requests & Tasks section.
Click the plus (+) icon on the right to add requests, or select Add Task(s) if your project has no tasks yet.
Choose Tasks.
Enter your task name or description in the text field that appears.
Click the check icon to save.
Your task will now show in your task list.
Reorder tasks anytime by dragging and dropping them alongside requests.
Edit or delete a task by clicking the three dots on the right of the task, then selecting Edit or Delete.
Add a status to your task by selecting +Add Status. Choose between To Do, In Progress, or Done.

Adding Assets To Your Project

Select the asset(s) you need, then click on the 'add to' icon shown below
Select Projects then click Next
Select the project(s) to which you'd like to add the asset(s). Click Add to project(s)
Done! Your asset(s) will be added to your selected project(s).
You may also add assets to your project by opening your project and clicking the plus icon on the right side of the assets section or by clicking the Add assets button.

Managing Your Project

🎨 Use Brand Profiles for Consistency

Ensure all requests follow your brand's colors, fonts, and styles by selecting a Brand Profile at the project level.

🏷️ Add Tags for Better Organization

Categorize your project with tags—all requests within the project will automatically inherit them, making it easy to track and locate related work.

📊 Track Project Requests in One Place

View the status of each request at a glance—whether it's in progress, ready for revision, or completed.

Navigating Projects Within Requests

Projects are seamlessly integrated into the request experiences, making it simple to manage and navigate your work.

📂 Project Details Drawer

Click the project name inside a request to open the details drawer. This gives you a clear overview of your project and a list of related requests, keeping everything easily accessible.
