How To Add New Users


Note: Only account administrators have access to this feature.

If you are an account admin, then log in to the Design Pickle Platform and proceed with the steps below.

  1. Head over to Settings > My Team

  2. Click the "Invite a user" button in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Input all the details of the new user

  4. Select the appropriate Role for the user

  5. Hit Save

Forward Emails Automatically To Yourself Or Other Users


If you or other users in your account would like to receive emails about request updates, then follow the steps below!

  1. Head to your Settings > Notification Settings

  2. Switch on Get CC emails when a request is delivered to another user at your company

  3. Users you add will also need to switch on this feature individually if they'd like to turn it on.

Note: A new user needs to be added to your account even if they only need to be looped into emails and won't be submitting design requests

Switching this feature on will allow you to:

  • Receive request updates for all requests in your account, including requests submitted by other users (not just the ones you submitted)

  • Have another team member looped into all your request's updates automatically, without manually sending the email to them
