The easiest way to find design requests is to use the search feature within the Design Pickle Platform. As long as you have an Active or on-hold account, you can look for requests in any state—active, draft, or archived.

Step 1

Head to your Request Queue or directly to the Search page*.

*The Search page can also be accessed from the request queue’s search bar.

Step 2

Use our search feature to filter and find specific requests or tags!

Typing your search word and hitting enter in the search field will bring you to the Search Page, which will show you all the search and filter options available.

Different ways you can search for your requests:

Title or ticket ID

You can find requests by searching for their title or name, or by using keywords from directions, annotations, or asset names within the request.

Note: To search for a specific ticket ID, you must use the format "ticket_id: [insert ID number]" (eg: ticket_id: 1234567)

Tag

You may search for your requests by their tags to narrow down your search results.

Status

Filter by your request's status.

Request type

Filter by your request's type.

Brand

Filter requests that use specific brand guides from your brand profile(s).

Last updated

Filter your search results based on which request was most recently updated.

Designer

Filter by the designer assigned to your request.

Created by

Format

Save your search & filter settings, including both your search terms and any filters you've applied!

How many searches can I save?

There is no limit!

How do I delete a saved search?

Click on the trash can beside the search name to delete them.

I can’t find my request. What should I do?

If you can't find what you're looking for, it may be an old request. To keep things streamlined, requests older than three years or archived requests older than one year aren’t included in the search results. If you need help retrieving your request, just send us a message via our support team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist!

Why can’t I move or prioritize my requests from the search page?

Currently, requests can only be shifted in the request queue to ensure accurate prioritization and avoid any mistakes.
