The easiest way to search for your past design requests is through the Design Pickle Platform, as long as you've got an Active or On Hold account.
Step 1
Head to your Request Queue.
Step 2
You will see your Active queue by default, but you can click on the Drafts and Archived tabs to see your drafts and archived requests.
Step 3
Use our filter features to find your request!
Note: Be sure to be in the correct section (Active, Draft, or Archived) when performing the search!
Ways to filter your queue:
Title or ticket ID
Use your request's title or ticket ID to find your request.
Status
Search by your request's status
Request Type
Search by your request's type or category
Submitted by
If you have multiple users in your account, you can click the drop-down menu 'Submitted by' to filter the requests by each user
Brand
Search requests that use specific brand guides from your brand profile
