So, you've got a completed a design request. What's next?

You can leave a rating for it!

Why rate your designs?

Your ratings help us understand what we're doing right and where to improve. Paired with your feedback, it allows us to deliver better designs for the next creative round more suited to your preferences.

You can select either a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down rating.

Step 1:

Mark your request 'complete' by clicking the Mark Complete button within your request.

Step 2:

A pop-up window will appear asking, "Did this request meet your expectations?"

  • If you're happy with your design, click on the Yes or thumbs-up button

  • If you're not satisfied with your design, click on the No or thumbs-down button

Step 3:

If you selected the No/thumbs-down button in the previous step, a text field will appear where you can leave detailed feedback on what went wrong. Whatever it is, we want to hear it!

Hit Submit once you're done typing up your feedback.

Step 4:

If you missed leaving feedback the first time, you can easily go to your request queue’s Archived section to leave a rating.

  • Feedback about your designer

  • Whether they did good work

  • How closely did they follow your instructions

  • How satisfied you were with the final design
