How to Download Your Design Request Files

Download all your past design request files

If you’re an existing client with an Active or On Hold account, you may follow the steps below to download your design files.

We'll cover how to download:

  1. Select the version that you'd like to download in the drop-down menu for Delivered Assets.

  2. Click on the Download Icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. Select only one file that you'd like to download.

  4. Your download will begin.

  1. Similar to the above, once you're in your request, select the asset you'd like to download.

  2. Click on the Download Icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. A pop-up will appear. Select all the file types you would like to download, then hit the download button.

  4. Your download will begin.

  5. Once complete, you will see the green 'download successful' banner.

  1. Select the version that you'd like to download in the drop-down menu for Delivered Assets.

  2. Click on the Download Assets button.

  3. This will automatically start downloading a zip folder folder with all of the files from your chosen version.

  1. Select All Versions in the drop-down menu for Delivered Assets.

  2. Click on the Download Assets button.

  3. This will automatically start downloading a zip folder folder with all of the files from all versions of your design request.

Search for the request title or ticket number of your request in your email inbox, then click on the download link to download your files.

I've canceled my subscription, but I can still log into my account. Can I download my files?

No, you will not be able to access your requests and files through the Design Pickle Platform, nor will your files have guaranteed cloud storage for your files unless you have an Active/On Hold account.

The customer is responsible for promptly downloading, saving, and storing their files after receiving them via download links provided (available through email and through the platform).

I've already paid for the designs, why can't I download them if I don't have a subscription?

Your design download links were delivered to you upon completing your design request and should have been promptly downloaded and saved at completion.

Cloud storage of your design files is an additional service that needs an ongoing Active or On Hold subscription. The $14.99 per month fee covers the cost of access to our platform and our file storage service. (Note: We do not guarantee the storage of files for canceled subscriptions.)

If you lost your files or need to re-download them, you may put your account On Hold, however, the amount of time your files will be kept in our cloud storage without an Active or On Hold subscription is not guaranteed.

I've already canceled, but I need to recover my files. I don't want to subscribe, is there a workaround?

The only workaround to accessing your past design files is searching your email for the download links sent to you. Then, simply click on the download link to download your files.

However, we cannot guarantee how long the download links will continue to work since canceled accounts mean all services have been terminated for the account, including cloud file storage.

If the download link does not work, your file is no longer be stored in our cloud.

I haven't subscribed for years, but I need to re-download my files. Can you help?

We may be able to recover your files if you were subscribed in 2020 or later. For design files delivered in 2019 or earlier, design files stored in the Box storage cloud are no longer available.
