At Design Pickle, we're all about delivering top-notch designs. That's why we have a team of quality control experts who ensure each design is up to par before it gets delivered to you.

Our quality control process adds a second layer of scrutiny to the creative process. After your designer reviews their design, our quality specialists step in to ensure the technical aspects align with your requirements. This two-step approach reduces the likelihood of errors slipping through unnoticed.

What Quality Specialists Check

Our quality specialists conduct a comprehensive assessment of various elements in your designs, including:

  • Instructions

    • They verify that the final design aligns with your instructions or requirements.

  • Copy

  • Visual

    • They scrutinize the visual elements of the design for clarity, coherence, and aesthetic appeal.

  • Industry Standards

    • They confirm that the design complies with industry-specific standards and best practices.

  • Copyright

    • They ensure that all design elements are either original or appropriately licensed to avoid copyright issues

  • And much more!

๐Ÿ’ก One thing to note:

During the Preview request state, design previews have not yet undergone quality assessment. But rest assured, once the request is complete, the designs will have passed through our full quality control process.

Sometimes, things go sideways in ways we can't anticipate. While it could be a natural part of the creative process, we're still committed to ensuring that your designs are delivered as you've instructed.

If you notice any oversights, please feel free to contact us. Bringing errors to our attention allows us to provide necessary coaching to our team and strive towards enhancing the service for you in the future.
