Achieving excellent designs often involves refining and adjusting, and the most efficient way to get there is through clear communication with your designer. See: How Do I Contact My Designer?
If you've repeatedly provided feedback to your designer without achieving the desired results, please follow the same steps below (2. For Other Issues) to reach out to our Customer Support Team.
