When Submitting A Request

Under Format, you will see the Figma option in the drop-down menu for any eligible request type within our Graphic Design scope of services. Click on the Figma icon to select it.

Using the '.Fig' File Format

Your designer will provide a .fig file format, which you can open and edit in your own Figma account.

Will my designated designer be my Figma designer?

Not always. We have a select group of designers who will be assigned Figma file requests, which means the assigned designer could be someone who isn’t your Designated Designer.

Can I add my designer(s) to my Figma account?

No, our designers will be equipped with their own Figma accounts and they cannot be added to your own or your company’s Figma account.

Is Figma delivery going to be available for all Design Pickle services in the future?

At this time, only print collaterals, light web design, social media, web, and digital graphics (except for limitations) will be supported by Figma under a Premium plan. We are looking into expanding this scope later in 2024.

Is the designer working on my Graphic Design request using Figma or Adobe?

Depending on the specs/complexity of the request, the designer will determine which software to use.

How can I ensure my Figma request is within the scope of service?

If you have any doubts, please contact us. We'll be happy to assess and confirm whether your request falls within our scope of service!
