When your account renews, we charge the default or active payment method you have in your account.
After the initial failed payment, our Billing Team will send you a notice. We will make several attempts to charge your card on file every few days.
Your account will automatically cancel and close immediately if the charge fails multiple times. Canceled accounts lose access to their request queue and file storage.
My payment failed. What can I do about it?
Here are a few options you can try if your payment failed:
Change your payment method to a working credit card or a bank account
Call your bank/credit card company to check & approve the charge
Put your account On Hold
