1. Check Your Account Status
If you've used Design Pickle before, the issue may be related to your existing account or subscription. This applies to:
accounts that used to have a subscription with us
accounts that collaborated with a Share & Review link
If you're trying to sign up again using the same email, try using a different email address to complete checkout.
If you're using a Google email and would like to use the same email address to receive email notifications, try adding "+dp" before the @ sign. For example, if your email was [email protected], input johndoe+dp@gmail.com.
If you'd prefer to use your original account (especially if it has past requests), please contact our Support team for assistance.
2. Troubleshoot the Payment Attempt
If you're using a company card, the charge may be blocked due to company card restrictions. Try checking with your bank or card issuer to confirm.
Try using another card (such as a personal card). Many customers use a personal card and then request reimbursement through their company.
3. Contact Support if the Issue Persists
If your payment still has not gone through after trying the steps above, contact our Support team. Please provide the following details so we can look into it quickly:

Your company name
Any information about previous accounts with Design Pickle
