Clients sometimes have quieter times in their work when they don't need Design Pickle's creative services. But, they usually return to use it when they get busier.

For this, we offer the option to place your account On Hold at $14.99 per month.

This On Hold feature includes:

  • Access to your request queue

  • File storage throughout the On Hold duration

  • Auto-renews monthly

Note: Work on your requests will only pause at the end of your subscription period. This means you'll maintain full access to the creative team until the conclusion of your subscription month, quarter, or year, upon which the On Hold will take effect instead of a regular subscription renewal.

Once the 'On Hold' takes effect:

  • All work on active requests and revisions will cease

  • Any On Deck requests will no longer be visible until you reactivate

Here's an example:

A monthly subscription is started on January 1, and an 'On Hold' is submitted on January 15. The account will remain active, and users can still submit & receive requests until January 31. Once February 1 hits, the account will go on hold, and users can no longer submit requests. All work on any active requests or revisions will also stop.

You can put your account On Hold by going to Settings > Company Settings and clicking the Put Account On Hold button.

When will the On Hold take effect?

This will go into effect at the end of your subscription period.

Can I pause in the middle of my subscription?

No, all On Hold subscriptions start at the end of your current subscription period. If you have a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan, your subscription pauses after your month, quarter, or year of subscription ends (respectively).

I have missing requests, where are they?

Chances are, these are your On Deck requests that have had no progress yet. These requests become invisible while you are On Hold, but rest assured they are still in our system and will become visible again when you reactivate your subscription.
