How to cancel your account

We'd hate to see you go!

Before you make any decisions, let us know what went wrong by emailing us at [email protected]. We're genuinely interested in understanding what's going on and why you're thinking about canceling. Often, we can sort things out pretty quickly once we have more details.

But if you must go, follow the steps below to cancel your account.

Step 1

Login to your account (you must be an administrator) and head to Settings > Company Settings.

Step 2

Head to the Plans section, then scroll down to the bottom of the section.

Click on Cancel Account.

Once canceled, your subscription plan(s) will continue to run until the end of its/their subscription period, and will no longer auto-renew.

Note: Be sure to download all your files before your subscription expires. You'll lose access to your queue and designers at the end of your subscription period. Any discounts will be lost.
