If you answered yes to any of the questions above, we've got a great feature that allows you to select your preferred designer when you submit your design request!
Note: This feature is only available to Graphic Design request types, and only your designated Graphic Designer(s) can be selected. If your request type is not a Graphic Design request (eg: Custom Illustrations, Presentation Design, etc), this feature will not be available.
Step 1
Create a new request, and find the 'Preferred Designer' section of the request form
Step 2
Click on the drop-down arrow and select the name of your preferred designer. That's it!
Your preference will then be noted, and your request will be assigned to your preferred designer if they're available.
If they are not available, don't sweat! Your backup designer will be there to cover your request.
