Account admins have control over how AI tools are used for all users in their account. These settings allow you to determine which AI-assist tools are available to users and whether AI-generated content can be included in final deliverables.
Where to Find These Settings
AI settings can be found in the Profile Settings under the Company Info section.
Note that only Company Admins can view and update these settings.
1. AI Assist Tools (Create Assist and Request Assist)
This setting controls access to all AI Assist tools within the platform.
Setting Status | What This Means |
🟢 ON | Users can access Create Assist for image generation and Request Assist for brief writing. AI buttons and features are visible throughout the platform.  |
🔴 OFF | All AI Assist tools are disabled for the entire account. Users will not see AI buttons and will be unable to use Create Assist or Request Assist.  |
If this setting is turned off, users on the account will not have access to any AI Assist tools.
2. AI-Assisted Deliverables
This setting controls whether creatives are allowed to use AI when producing final deliverables.
Setting Status | What This Means |
🟢 ON | Creatives may use AI tools as part of their creative process, and AI-generated content may be included in deliverables when appropriate. |
🔴 OFF | Creatives must produce deliverables without any AI-generated content. No AI-assisted output should be included in files delivered to the customer. |
Creatives can view this setting within each request and are expected to verify it before commencing work. This applies to both new requests and revision requests.
How These Settings Work Together
Scenario | Use Assist Tools | Allow AI-Assisted Deliverables | Outcome |
Full AI access | 🟢 ON | 🟢 ON | Users can use AI Assist tools, and creatives may include AI-assisted content in deliverables. |
AI-Assist only | 🟢 ON | 🔴 OFF | Users can use AI Assist tools, but creatives must not include AI-generated content in deliverables. |
No AI usage | 🔴 OFF | 🔴 OFF | AI Assist tools are unavailable, and creatives must not use AI in deliverables. |
Important Notes for Admins
By default, both AI Assist Tools settings are ON.
By default, the AI-Assisted Deliverables setting is OFF.
If you do not want AI Assist tools enabled, you must manually switch off these settings.
These settings can be updated at any time.
Because settings may change, creatives are expected to check the request details before beginning work.
Specific Brand AI Preferences
If you manage multiple brands, you can set individual brand preferences for each brand. For example:

These preferences should be noted in each Brand Profile to enable creatives to follow the correct guidelines for each brand.
