Design Pickle’s 14-day Customer Satisfaction period only applies to fully paid quarterly and annual subscriptions.
Under this policy, purchasing a Design Pickle quarterly or annual subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested on or before 14 days from the initial sign-up date.
This is not applicable for renewals, accounts that trial one or more of our services, or accounts that were not fully paid upfront. We reserve the right to refuse the refund.
