Canceling Your Account:
We'd hate to see you go!
Before you make any decisions, let us know what went wrong by emailing us at [email protected]. We're genuinely interested in understanding what's going on and why you're thinking about canceling. Often, we can sort things out pretty quickly once we have more details.
But if you must go, follow the steps below to cancel your account.
STEPS
Step 1
Head to Settings > Billing.
Step 2
Click on Manage subscriptions.
Step 3
Click on Cancel subscription.
Once canceled, your subscriptions will continue to run until the end of the subscription period and will no longer auto-renew.
Note: Be sure to download all your files before your subscription expires. At the end of your subscription period, you'll lose access to your queue and designers, as well as any discounts.
