Say you just submitted a request and realized something about your request was wrong. Maybe you added the wrong size, or maybe you attached the wrong logo.
Don't fret! There are a couple of things you can do.
1. Tell your Designer
Simply reply to your confirmation email and indicate the changes you need
2. Make changes directly through the platform
Log into the Design Pickle Platform
Head to "My Requests" (your request queue)
Click on the title of the request you need to edit
Click on the three-dot icon on the upper right side of your request's page
Click on 'Edit Request'
When you make edits through the platform, your designer will only see your latest edit and will not see the original version of your request, so be careful not to remove important information while editing your request!
One more thing to note is that you'll only be able to edit newly submitted requests. Requests that are already in progress or revision rounds will no longer be editable, but you can still submit revisions by leaving a message in the request thread or replying to the delivery email.
