Did you know you can set specific file types as defaults in your settings so they’re automatically pre-selected when you enter the request form?
This feature will allow you to open the request form with your chosen file types pre-selected by default!
Step 1:
Go to Settings, then click on My Profile.
Step 2:
Once in your profile settings, scroll down until you find the Preferred File Type section.
Step 3:
Choose the file formats you prefer for your design requests.
And that's it!
💡 If you need to change the file formats when submitting a request, you can still manually change them from your defaults.
This simple setup saves you time and keeps everything running smoothly!
