By adjusting your email settings, you can choose which Design Pickle emails you would like to receive.

Step 1:

On the upper right side of the screen, click on your name.

A dropdown menu will appear.

Then, click on Notification Settings.

Step 2:

Select the emails you would like to receive from the following options:

  1. Product Updates

  2. Trainings

  3. Request Progress

Stay in the loop with request notifications—even for requests you didn’t submit!

When you subscribe to a request's notification, you’ll get email updates about everything happening with that request, keeping you informed every step of the way.

What Notifications Will I Get?

  • Messages from your designer: Never miss updates, questions, or progress from your creative team.

  • Collaborator feedback: Get notified the moment feedback is added to your request.

  • In short, you'll receive any and all email updates tied to the ticket.

How to Subscribe

  1. Click on the three dots at the far right side of your chosen request.

  2. Click Get notifications.

  3. A success message will confirm: “You are now subscribed to email updates for this request.”

How to Unsubscribe

  1. Once more, click on the three dots on the far right side of your chosen request.

  2. Click Stop Notifications to unsubscribe.

In addition to the above emails, there are additional reports we can send you on a daily or weekly basis.

Automatic reporting helps keep you in the loop about what's been designed and what's still on deck. They'll also give you estimations of when requests may be completed.

To manage your daily and weekly reports, head over to Notification Settings and toggle the reports on or off.

If you would like other users on your account to be cc'd when a file is delivered, simply check the “Get cc emails when a request is delivered to another user at your company” option.
