Say you just submitted a request and realized something about your request was wrong. Maybe you added the wrong size or attached the wrong logo.
Don't fret! You can still edit your request as soon as you submit it.
Edit Your Request Through The Platform
Head to Requests
Click on the title of the request you need to edit to enter the request's page
Click on the pencil icon on the right side of the description section
Edit your request description and click the check icon once you're done
Click Save to save your changes
Note: When you make edits through the platform, your designer will only see your latest edit and will not see the original version of your request, so be careful not to remove important information while editing your request!
My Request Is No Longer Editable, What Can I Do?
If you can no longer edit your request within the platform, you can still inform your designer about your changes.
Note: If your request is already In Progress, we cannot guarantee that your changes will be applied within the same day.
