We support file versions from 2005 and later. For example, we support Microsoft Office 2005 versions and later. 

If you're having trouble with our platform, try these troubleshooting tips:

Access the platform in a different supported browser (eg: Chrome instead of Firefox)

Clear your cache and cookies (<a href="https://www.contentstack.com/docs/developers/how-to-guides/clear-caches-and-cookies-in-different-browsers/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Guide here</a>)

1. Access the platform in a different supported browser (eg: Chrome instead of Firefox)

3. Login using an incognito browser
