How To Manage Your Request Priorities
If you have an urgent request, you can move it to the top of your queue:
You can drag urgent requests to the top of your queue—just make sure to do this at least one day in advance. Any changes made during production hours may only take effect on the next business day.
Please ensure your time zone is set up correctly in your profile settings.
