Submit any high-priority and holiday-related requests as early as possible to ensure your designs are completed on time.
Depending on the submission date, your requests will be assigned as shown below:

May 22, 2025, Thursday | May 23, 2025, Friday |
May 23-26, 2025, Friday-Monday | May 27, 2025, Tuesday onwards |
*Delivery date depends on backlog from the previous holiday week
If you have an urgent request, you can move them to the top of your queue:
You can drag urgent requests to the top of the list and the priority change will be applied as long as this is done before the cut-off time.
Requests submitted past our cut-off time will be added to the following production day's queue.
You will be able to see the cut-off time in your settings drop-down menu by clicking on your name on the top right corner of the page.
Please ensure your timezone is set up correctly in your profile settings to display the cut-off time according to your time zone.
