Submit any high-priority and holiday-related requests as early as possible to ensure your designs are completed on time.
Depending on the submission date, your requests will be assigned as shown below:

If you have an urgent request, you can move them to the top of your queue:
You can drag urgent requests to the top of the list and the priority change will be applied as long as this is done before the cut-off time.
Requests submitted past our cut-off time will be added to the following production day's queue.
You will be able to see your cut-off time on the header beside the New Request button:
Please ensure your timezone is set up correctly in your profile settings to display the cut-off time according to your time zone.
