To ensure that all of your designs are completed in time, we encourage you to submit high priority and holiday-related requests ahead of time to make room for revisions.
If you have an urgent request, it’s easy to move them to the top of your queue:
Simply head to the Design Pickle Platform > My Requests > Queue. From there, you can drag urgent requests to the top of the list. You’ll immediately see a marker indicating which one is first, second, third, and so on.
Your request will be assigned to your designer based on when you submitted it:
Requests submitted past our cut-off time will be added to the following day’s production queue. Please make sure you have your timezone set up correctly in your profile settings so it displays the cut-off time according to your time zone.
