At Design Pickle, we value your insights to help us shape and improve our platform. This guide focuses on feedback about the platform itself—not production, creative, or design-related feedback. (For design-related feedback, head over here!)

Whether you suggest a new feature or share how something could work better for your business, your feedback plays a key role in our development process.

Your feedback helps us better understand your experience and identify opportunities to enhance our platform. We aim to deliver tools and features that align with your business needs and bring real value to your workflow.

By sharing your thoughts, you contribute to:

  • The development of new features and improvements.

  • Fine-tuning existing features for better usability.

  • Informing our decisions on upcoming releases.

Submitting feedback is simple and accessible directly from your Design Pickle account.

  1. Navigate to “Explore the Jar” in the global header of your account.

  2. Click on “Need to Know”

  3. Then, select “Submit Feedback”

    1. You may also access this from your settings drop-down menu. Just click on your name on the top right corner of the screen, then click Product Feedback.

  4. The feedback portal will open, where you can:

    • Browse and vote on ideas from other users.

    • Submit your own feedback.

    • You may also access the feedback portal directly via this link.

  5. To submit your own feedback, click on the purple button at the top right of the page.

  6. Fill out the submission form with a brief description, select its importance, and hit submit.

  • Include details: Describe the problem your idea would solve or how it could improve your workflow.

  • Add references: If applicable, include URL links or screen recording (eg: loom video) to provide further context

  • Note: Direct upload of images and video file uploads are not supported at this time.

  • For urgent issues or bugs, please contact us directly at [email protected].

After submitting your feedback, it’s added to our library for monthly review. Our team may also reach out to address specific challenges or help you get the most from your account.

If we notice multiple users submitting similar feedback, we’ll add it to the portal so everyone can vote on it. Feedback goes through different stages as it’s reviewed and developed.

Feedback Stages

  1. Just Released:
Features at this stage are live and being monitored for performance and satisfaction. Feedback here helps us fine-tune after launch.

  2. Coming Soon:
These features are in development or beta testing. Feedback is crucial here to identify any issues before full release.

  3. On the Roadmap:
Ideas in this stage are approved for future development. While timelines may vary, rest assured they’re in progress.

  4. Considering:
Ideas at this stage are under evaluation. We need more input to decide their priority. If a concept gains significant traction or popularity, it may move to the roadmap.

As we continue to listen to your feedback and evaluate ideas, some features may be adjusted, delayed, or replaced with others that better meet your needs. Rest assured, we’ll update the portal with the latest information.

If your feedback aligns with a feature under consideration, we may reach out for additional input via email or call. Participation is entirely optional but greatly appreciated, as it helps us better understand your needs and refine our solutions.

Your voice matters. By sharing your feedback, you’re helping us create a platform that truly works for you. Thank you for being an integral part of our growth!
