We know how important it is to carefully construct the message you want to send to your customers. That's why we depend on you to provide us with the proofed copy. We don't do any edits or transformations to your copy, and we do not provide any translation services.

We simply cut and paste the copy into your project.

To make your request look great, your copy should be in a form that your designer can easily cut and paste, such as in a word or google doc file.  

Providing us with copy that we can't easily cut and paste makes it much more complex and may lead to mistakes.

Best bet,  provide us the copy we can cut and paste!
