Onboarding Managers are the point persons for the first 60 days of your journey in a Pro or Premium plan. They're experts at getting customers set up on the right track, ensuring you know the ins and outs of our platform and services.

What can Onboarding Managers help me with?

For 60 days, your onboarding manager can help with the following:

  • 1:1 or Group Onboarding Calls

  • Best Practices & Request Guidance

  • Workflow Optimization

  • Account Reviews

  • Billing & Subscription Changes

  • Design & Platform Feedback

They can give you a demo on how to use our services (via onboarding call), what the best practices are, and suggest any changes to your subscriptions based on how you want or need to use our services.
