On December 14, 2019, we made some updates to the backend of our platform. Here are all the details!

What are the changes in this update?

Previously, we used Box.com to deliver all of your files to you. Now, we are using a different service in which your designer has the capability to upload your files into the Design Pickle Platform.

How will this affect you?

With this update, you can still access your old design files from Box in any of your requests prior to the update. Simply head over to your Requests > Delivered tab and click on that particular request. You will be able to download all the recent files and have access to the previous versions as well.

Another thing you will notice when you login is all those thumbnails! Prior to the launch all thumbnails will have icons on the specific skill you've requested.

On the requests after this launch, you will be able to see thumbnails of the completed design. How cool is that?

Other improvements include:

  • The ability to preview your completed request files/images directly in the platform and any email correspondence.
  • Directly view images and download your files straight from the completed request.
  • A more natural way to find files without sifting through multiple folders.
  • When choosing to “download all files,” you will receive a ZIP file with all assets.

When downloading all files they will look like this:

To avoid getting confused with having a lot of archive folders, it is best to download per request and labelling the folder by copying the request name so that when you check your files you can find them right way.
