We've made some big changes to the request form! This new update will help walk you through step-by-step what you need to include in a request — great for those who may want to make sure that everything is included before moving on.

For power users, you'll still have the option to see your request on a single page to allow for faster submission. Just name your request and click on the "skip to 1-page form". 

Updates include:

  • New completion options - walk through each section or fill it in all on one screen
  • IBM Watson helps the Design Pickle Platform understand what kind of graphics you're looking for and suggest sizes
  • New fields - paste or type your copy for better understanding by your designer
  • New colors - a light refresh creates a more continuous experience from designpickle.com to jar.designpickle.com

Name Your Request

Give your request a great name

The first step of submitting a request is to give your request a great name. When choosing a name, be as descriptive as possible.

If you have a unique size you need, include your size right in the request title!

Here are some sample request titles:

  • Summer sale facebook post
  • Event flyer for yoga festival
  • Packaging for new protein bar product
  • PDF Lead Magnet layout
  • 2" square sticker
  • Cycling team t-shirt
  • Business card refresh
  • Google leaderboard ad - Product X
  • Blog featured image (456px x 200px)

Add or Modify Your Sizes

Based on your request name, IBM Watson will attempt to match up your request to one that's in our catalog. If it successfully finds a match, it'll skip you forward to the "Attach a Brand" step. 

If Watson is not able to identify the size you need, you'll be presented a few possible options and the option to add a custom size. Select the size you'd like and click "continue".

Attach a Brand

If you would like to, you can choose which brand you would like your designer to follow for this request. If you do not need a brand you may select the "no brand" option. 

A new brand can also be added from this page by clicking on the "new brand" option.

Write Your Description

Once you have your size and brand, you can now enter in any instructions, copy, and assets for your designer. 

One new update you'll notice is that you can now add your description in blocks or line-by-line. This'll allow you to better "chunk" your description out so your designer can quickly understand what you need.

There is also a new copy field separate from the description. This will help your designer better differentiate your copy from the rest of your request. 

If you have copy or assets, this is the place where you can add it.

Pick Stock Photos

Use our Premium Stock Images package or find something on Unsplash. Don't need any stock images? No worries, head straight to the summary page by clicking continue or on the "summary" node on the left side navigation.

Submit Your Request

Once you're done adding all your info, go ahead and submit your request! If it's not quite ready for prime time yet, you can save it to your drafts so you can revisit it later.
