Cut-off times ensure that your design team can include your prioritized request within their daily work shift.

What needs to be accomplished before the cut-off time?

  • Requests and revision submissions

  • Changes to the queue order or priority numbering

Past the cut-off time, these submissions/changes will no longer be visible to your design team and will be considered for the next shift.

Note: Submitting multiple requests before the cut-off time does not mean they will all be completed in a single shift. See: Turnaround Time Estimates

Prioritizing your requests for the day

If you need to confirm the priority order of your requests for the day, or if your changes/submissions made it within the cut-off time, you can send us a message by clicking the chat button on the lower right side of the screen or email us at [email protected]

If you're uncertain about the time used in your subscription's timezone, you can visit www.worldtimebuddy.com and use it to convert the times in your local timezone.

🛎 Graphics Team Production Hours

Overnight Team (MST/HKT)

⌨️ Our Graphics Team works from Monday to Friday, 4:30 pm - 1:30 am MST

(or Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm HKT (Hong Kong Standard Time))

⏰ Cut-off Time is 4 pm MST or 7 am HKT

⌛ One-hour break within the shift

🛎 Pro, Premium, & Power Team Production Hours

Pacific (PST)

⌨️ Our Pacific Team works from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm PST

⏰ Cut-off Time is 12 pm in your time zone (listed under My Profile, Time Zone)
⌛ One-hour break within the shift

Eastern (EST)

⌨️ Our Eastern Team works from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST

⏰ Cut-off Time is 12 pm in your time zone (listed under My Profile, Time Zone)
⌛ One-hour break within the shift

Australia (ACST)

⌨️ Our Australian Team works from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm ACST (Australian Central Standard Time)
