What is Same Day?
Same Day is a new offering from Design Pickle that lets you access your designer during US business hours. As a Same Day user, you'll be able to communicate in real time with your designer about your requests, as well as have higher design throughput due to a lower designer-client ratio.
Only the top, most experienced designers at Design Pickle are selected for Same Day work. And of course, you'll always get the same word-class service and support you're used to with Design Pickle.
How is Same Day different from the Next Day Design Pickle plan?
Your designer will be online and completing your requests from 9AM to 5PM Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) rather than our typical overnight hours.
Because your designer will be working during business hours, you'll also be able to communicate with them directly via a separate Slack channel we have set up specifically for Same Day clients. Same Day users will be invited to the Slack channel via email upon becoming a Same Day customer.
How much is Same Day?
Same Day service is $995/month.
When is the cutoff time for Same Day?
To have your requests worked on that business day, requests must be submitted at least two hours before the end of the shift.
Same Day ends at 5PM Mountain Standard Time, so cutoff time is 3PM Mountain Standard Time.
How do I sign up for Same Day?
If you would like to sign up for Same Day service, head over to designpickle.com/same-day-service/ if you're a new to Design Pickle. If you're already a customer, hit the customer accounts team up and let them know you'd like to switch by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why was I redirected to the Same Day waiting list?
We can only accept around 30 new clients each time Dayshift reopens enrollment. If you were redirected to the Dayshift waiting list page, we have reached capacity for that enrollment session. Don't worry! If you fill out the form on the page you'll be the first to be notified when we reopen enrollment for Dayshift.
